Losing weight and inches weekly was a big incentive!I hated looking at myself in the mirror and felt tired a lot. I also wasn't sleeping well at night. I turned to Ideal Weight Loss and the Ideal Protein diet. It was very easy and I was almost never hungry.
The coaches and recipes were a big help. Losing weight and inches weekly was a big incentive to me. I also noticed that I never have acid reflux anymore and haven't had any Tums since I started the program! Some weeks my weight loss was minimal but I didn't get discouraged.
My biggest take-away from this diet is that I need to stick with the program and watch my carb intake. If I have a binge day, I go back to the Ideal Protein basics to prevent weight gain.
