Back and leg pains were the turning point that prompted me to lose weight, not to mention I was not looking like I wanted to look.
Ideal Protein is a very easy diet to follow; it’s like a board game with a set of rules to follow. It wasn’t as fun as a board game, but I accepted the challenge! The diet isn’t a drastic change in eating but more like a rethinking of portion sizes and a realization of sugar addiction.
129 pounds lost! I couldn’t have done it without my coach and my weekly check-ins. The videos were also helpful during the first couple of weeks.
I’ll keep with the structure and habits I learned with Phase 4 to maintain my weight loss!
