Chocolate “Pumpkin Spice” Squares

1 Ideal Protein Chocolate Shake

2 Egg Whites

1/8 tsp. Ideal Salt

1/4 tsp. Baking Powder

1 Cup shredded Zucchini

1/4 tsp. Cinnamon

1/8 tsp. Ground Ginger

1/8 tsp. Ground Nutmeg

1/16 tsp. Ground Allspice

1 packet Splenda or Stevia

Olive Oil Spray


In a medium mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together, except zucchini.

Squeeze all moisture out of zucchini using paper towels.

Add the 1 cup of zucchini to other ingredients and mix together with water to get a pancake consistency.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray small rectangular cake pan with olive oil spray.

Pour mixture in cake pan and bake in oven for 15 minutes.

Once cooked to perfection, remove from oven and let cool.

Cut into squares.
