Thanksgiving Turkey Tomato Basil Pita Wrap


1 packet Ideal Protein Tomato Basil soup mix, or any of your favorite IP soup mixes
2 Tbsp. egg whites
1 tsp. olive oil or water
1/3 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. basil


  1. Blend the dry ingredients with a small whisk. Add the wet ingredients with a fork and blend until
    smooth. Add more water to thin if you want a more crepe-like wrap.
  2. Lightly spray a frying pan with non-stick spray.
  3. Pour mixture into pan and spread out like a pancake.
  4. Cook on medium low on both sides.
  5. Fill with your 4-6 ounces of turkey breast and 2 cups of vegetables.
