IP Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

1 BOX of IP Mashed Potatoes Mix
3 eggs
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp baking powder
Enough water to make dough

Directions:

1. Spray a bread pan with olive oil spray
2. Mix ingredients
3. Pour batter into a loaf pan
4. Preheat oven to 350 and bake for 45 minutes
5. Divide into 7 portions. Each portion equals one IP packet.
